These days I’m spending most of my time in Asia, playing small jazz gigs and working on a book called, “Harmony For Jazz Guitar.” It should be completed by the spring of 2026. I continue to write music for an instrumental Americana group called ‘Jacob’s Cattle.’

A COVID era project: an organ/drums/guitar trio called Organomix, led by Randy Stirtzinger on organ with Graham Lear on drums.

 

In the 2000s I had the extreme good fortune to play and record with this trio: Don Thompson-bass & Terry Clarke-drums, and me on guitar. These are from a live recording from 2008.
